EABL sheds Sh17 on Friday as Diageo reports brewer’s slower half year sales

The recovery of East African Breweries Limited is set to take longer after its parent firm revealed that the brewer had posted slower growth of beer sales in the six months ended December 2013 due to higher taxes.
