From the World Justice Project's annual Rule of Law survey, released in March, a look at the top 10 countries where justice prevails. The Project spoke with 1,000 people living in the three biggest cities in 99 countries to gauge their thoughts on their country's order and security, criminal justice system, an open and honest government, its regulatory environment, civil and criminal justice and official corruption. Due to discrimination in the criminal justice system, the United States does not rank in the top 10.
