UPDATE 1-PepsiCo launches USD2bn two-part bond

NEW YORK, Feb 25 (IFR) - PepsiCo Inc made a huge splash in the US high-grade market on Tuesday, offering USD2bn of three-year and 10-year bonds to an investor base keen on fresh corporate debt.
