SEC Extracts Admission Of Wrongdoing In Settlement With Credit Suisse

The Securities and Exchange Commission extracted its fifth admission of wrongdoing in the past year in a settlement with Credit Suisse on Friday. Though Credit Suisse also agreed to pay $196 million to the commission to resolve a case related to the bank's use of unregistered financial advisers, the takeaway from the settlement was the admission.
