Canada may regulate solutions to grain rail backlog
WINNIPEG, Manitoba, Feb 24 (Reuters) - Canadian Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz said on Monday that he is considering all options, including regulations, to ease a backlog of grain movement to ports by rail.
