How children born to HIV-positive parents can live long, healthy lives

According to the guidelines for prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV/Aids in Kenya, infants who are exposed to the virus or born to HIV positive mothers can either be exclusively breast fed when both mother and child are placed on ARVs or exclusively replacement fed for six months where they are given breast milk substitutes.
