ASIA CREDIT CLOSE: New issues put in mixed showing

HONG KONG, Jan 16 (IFR) - Asian credit spreads tightened Thursday, while most new issues traded above reoffer levels, except that of China Overseas Grand Oceans, which struggled in the secondary market.
